Return and refund policy

According to the Regulation of Distance Sales, Customers have 14 calendar days (from the date of receipt) to exercise the right of withdrawal from their order at www.sastree.com.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. Return will only be accepted by www.sastree.com, if the merchandise is in perfect condition, inside its original packaging and labels, and has not been used.

To proceed with the return, prior notification will be required by sending an email to: info@sastree.com, who will inform the Customer of the steps to follow in the return process.

The shipping costs of the products to be returned will the Customer’s responsibility and Sastree Ltd will not accept refunds sent with shipping charges due.

We recommend sending the item via courier or certified mail and that keeping the shipping receipt.

In the event that Sastree SL has mistakenly sent an article different from the one requested or that the quality of the article sent is not satisfactory, please contact us at info@sastree.com for the change. In this case, cover both the shipping and return costs.

There will be a one-month period from the purchase of an item to exchange it for another of the same kind in case of manufacturing defect.

Changes or refunds for earrings are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons.
