This may vary during sales or promotion seasons. Orders containing customized products have a specific preparation time that is communicated during the purchase process.  <\/li>\n<li>Orders placed on Friday after 13:00, on Saturday or Sunday will be prepared the following Monday (including orders with express shipping).<\/li>\n<li>Express delivery orders placed from Thursday afternoon will be handed over to the carrier the following Monday.<\/li>\n<li>IMPORTANT: Carriers do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are not responsible for those factors external to Sastree Ltd that may delay or prevent a delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners<\/p>\n<p>If you think your order is being delayed you can contact our customer support team through the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/sastree.com\/en\/contact\/\">form <\/a><\/u>below.<\/p>\n<p>In relation to the products, Sastree Ltd has made an effort to show the colors of the articles as close to reality as possible. Despite this, the color of the items displayed on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. In this sense Sastree Ltd cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your monitor are faithfully adjusted to reality  <\/p>\n<h3>PRICE AND DELIVERY TIMES<\/h3>\n<p>Shipping costs are calculated according to destination. The exact price of the transport will be calculated by including each item in the Cart and will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase before the order confirmation, before accepting the purchase and before entering the payment details. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid. We look for the best prices at all times.   <\/p>\n<p>We have a free shipping promotion to Spain for any amount and the European Union for orders over 40 \u20ac (VAT included).<\/p>\n<p>The delivery time is estimated in up to 3 days (Peninsula) and up to 4 days (international). Delivery times are estimated and may vary for reasons other than Sastree. Sastree is not responsible for the delay in delivery by the shipping agency or the Post Office.  <\/p>\n<p>We do our best to reduce shipping times while maintaining the highest quality.
